The dress is from the Monique Lhuilier Spring 2016 line. It is currently listed on the Monique Lhuilier website with an overskirt which is dettachable and will need to be purchased separately. The dress has 2 linings which of one is nude, which softens the look of the dress. The dress has hooks sewn in to allow for a bussle after the ceremony and a video is available to show placement. The dress has minimal alterations: the length as well as about a inch on each side of the lower hips. Extremely stunning and hope you enjoyed it as much as I did!
