This gown was the first gown my daughter tried on. We should have just stopped there as no other dress could surpass this one in her eyes. She tried on many more, but in the end, it was THIS DRESS that was 'perfect' for the winter wedding she wanted. The gown is much more beautiful than in the pictures, and I have to admit that as her mother, my heart had chosen this one as soon as she tried it on.
This is a Stephen Yearick Couture wedding gown. Soft white with silver beading and embroidery on the bodice, around the hem and on the cathedral train. The gown is made of silk and is a 'substantial' gown due to the material and the beading. It has a fitted bodice with a sweetheart neckline and a natural waist. The gown is absolutely beautiful, was worn for approximately two hours, and is in perfect condition. Stephen Yearick gowns feature ornate detailing on decadent fabrics catering to the modern princess bride. These highly embellished gowns incorporate beaded embroideries, fully encrusted laces, glistening crystals, and expertly ruched satin fabrics. The design house is one of very few that still cuts the gown to the measurements of the bride. Gowns in this collection range in price from $6,000 to $10,000. The quality is evident in all of his work.
I am also selling the softest white faux fur full length cape with hood and muff that she wore on the carriage ride from the church to the hotel before their flight out the next morning. Sarah was married in January so the warm fur cape was well worth the cost. I've included a picture... It is included in the price of the gown, but it is optional and if purchasing the gown only, the price will be $200 less than listed on this site. I will also sell the cape separately for that same price of $200.
